What criteria will my service need to meet to achieve Leading Lights status?

Organisations demonstrate their commitment to supporting good and safe practice by meeting the Leading Lights key criteria.

These can be summarised in four main blocks:

• Governance
• Human resources
• Multi-agency working
• Service provision
