We are very grateful to Deputy Chief Constable Brian Moore, ACPO lead on Domestic Abuse and Harassment issues, for addressing the key points in the ACPO guidance on investigating harassment and stalking. This is a key issue for survivors of both domestic violence and sexual violence and the call provided us with a useful forum to gain practical insights into this area of the law and its application.
